Heavy Boots

The Diamond family should have heavy boots right now. We should be dragging our heels, dabbing our eyes and saying, "This isn't fair."

But we're not.

We're smiling, and toasting life. We are, as John would say, "Putting out positive energy." We are doing all we can to help Michael, my father. Wearing bracelets and whispering to heaven; all we can do, we are doing.

And we're not so proud or cruel as to shun help. If you are at this site, you are probably looking to support us, and him, in some way. We'll take your prayers, chants, dances, poetry, or silent hopes; whatever you do to bring luck and health, we will accept.

In an effort to raise funds, we've started a PayPal account, located on the right of this page. Also, my cousins and Aunts have begun a Holiday Ribbon Drive. The Ribbon project only developed recently, but I will have full disclosure on this site as soon as possible.

Please check back from time to time--better yet, subscribe to the blog--for updates and info.

In the meantime, thanks again for all your support. It may go unspoken but its not unappreciated.

Love.
